We will be referring to Artificial Intelligence (AI) many times in the context of Operational Excellence. AI represents perhaps most important step forward in OpEx right now and in coming years, even though we must never underestimate the signifigance of human behaviour, organizational culture and leadership. As we discover more and more about the impact AI can have from OpEx perspective, basic terminology should be understood correctly. So let’s go through some of the most common ones in this article and of course in our future articles we will delve deeper as needed.

Examples of similar are Llama (by Meta) and Gemini (by Google) but there are a huge number of competitors.
